The AgilQuest™ OnBoard™ system is a completely web native application that can support your enterprise from a single server. The benefits of OnBoard’s web native functionality include:

  • Accessibility through a single, convenient URL
  • Individual, secured passwords for all users
  • Role-based functionality, which optimizes convenience, accessibility, and management functions.

A One-Click Reservation is a profile-driven reservation path that allows a user to designate his or her favorite or most often used workspace. Upon login, OnBoard automatically checks for the availability of that workspace – if that workspace is available for the date and time the user designated in their profile, OnBoard presents the user with the One-Click Reservation option.

The OnBoard™ system allows a user to reserve four different types of resources: workspaces, conference rooms, equipment, and services. OnBoard offers a unique reservation path for each resource type to accommodate the unique way in which each resource type is used:

  • Workspace Reservations - Beyond the One-Click Reservation option, the OnBoard™ system allows workspaces to be “wait-listable.” If a particular workspace is not immediately available for reservation, a user may join the wait-list for that space. Wait-lists are managed by a concierge.
  • Conference Room Reservations - The OnBoard™ system allows users to designate names for their conference room reservations, and also invite attendees to those reservations. In addition, the OnBoard™ system allows concierges to designate conference rooms as “requestable” versus “reservable.” When a conference room is requestable, a user may not directly reserve that room but must instead apply for approval through the OnBoard™ system. Requestable rooms help management maintain certain business rules and traffic restrictions.
  • Equipment Reservations - Equipment resources are typically reserved to complement a workspace or conference room reservation, so the OnBoard™ system allows concierges to attach equipment to workspaces or conference rooms. This quickens the reservation process and enhances convenience.
  • Service Reservations The OnBoard™ system allows for extensive service reservation and request functions, including vendor and menu selections. Service reservations can be strictly governed by setting reservation and cancellation lead times to prevent service abuse.

When resources are not available for a desired date and time, or if a resource is only “requestable,” users may request the use of that resource and be placed on a wait list. Wait lists are managed by the concierge.

The AgilQuest OnBoard system makes finding and reserving your desired resource simple and convenient. With best-fit searching, users can find resources that match their specific criteria, thereby reducing time spent with the application and maximizing efficiency.

OnBoard now ships with two databases, a production database for fast, efficient transaction processing and a Data Mart to support reporting. The Data Mart receives its data from the transaction database and stores it in a report friendly structure and format. Now you can get the empirical data you need to support daily reporting and long term strategic analysis.
