The new OnBoard Scout transforms devices such as a web-enabled cellular phone, Blackberry®, iPhone™, or Treo® into simple yet powerful workplace tools, giving users new freedom to choose workspaces whenever, wherever they need to work.
The announcement was made at the World Workplace trade show sponsored by the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). AgilQuest is a Corporate Sustaining Partner of IFMA.
OnBoard serves an organization’s mobile workforce by allowing people to book workspaces, conference rooms and equipment, and to locate colleagues. It automatically routes an individual’s telephone extension to the workspace they choose. OnBoard serves your facility and real estate management team by managing all permanent, collaborative and shared workspaces, measuring their actual use, and producing the business intelligence necessary to support space planning, building consolidations, lease analysis and reprogramming of space.
With OnBoard Scout people can make, cancel, check-in or check-out of their workspaces or conference rooms as easily as they now make cellular telephone calls.
