I`m writing to express my sincere appreciation for the fine work done by the Agilquest team in helping (our company) convert Canada from (old reservation system) to ONBOARD under emergency conditions. As you know, our (old reservation system) instance in Canada failed during a recent server patch and could not be recovered. We quickly operationalized our internal resources and AQ`s into an "all hands on deck" level of response. The performance of the overall team has been phenomenal. We not only successfully brought web based reservation capability back into the hands of the Canadians in just three weeks, but we also have converted many in Canada over to being strong advocates for ONBOARD.

I want to particularly recognize the outstanding contributions made by Lyall Shank and Lynn Myint. Their strong "can do" attitude kept us all sane during this difficult time.
